We provide SLA credits based on your monthly plan. These are not refunds, and are only applicable to next month's hosting bill.
The uptime guarantee we offer is network based, and is 99.9% for each calendar month. Every 0.1% below 99.9% will result in a 10% credit on next month's invoice.

99.9 = 0%
99.8 = 10%
99.7 = 20%
99.6 = 30%
99.5 = 40%
99.4 = 50%
99.3 = 60%
99.2 = 70%
99.1 = 80%
99.0 = 90%
Anything below 99.0% uptime is credit a full 100%.
In order to claim an SLA Credit for your next month, you need to open an "Accounts" ticket, up to 7 days after the downtime.
